Why we're asking

We publish verified Freedom of Information data on how long people wait across all 14 health boards. But numbers alone rarely change anything. Real experiences, shared with permission, are what show what those waits mean in practice, and journalists covering this often want to hear directly from people affected.

Nothing is used without your clear permission.
Anything we publish is anonymised, with identifying details removed.
